Creating Change Request Resolutions

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
  2. In the Setup and Policy section, click Setup.
  3. In the Document Management section, click Change Request Resolution.
    Result: The Resolutions list window is displayed.
  4. Click Action > Add.
    Result: The Resolution entry window is displayed.
  5. Enter the code of the new resolution.
  6. Enter the new resolution.
  7. Click the Save button.
    Result: The new change request resolution has been added and the Resolutions list window is displayed.
